Email lennart@sitepoint.dk. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, normally within a few working days. To help us help you, include:

  • the name of the app or game;
  • your device and operating system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 26, or Pixel 8, Android 16);
  • the app version, which you find in the app's settings or in the App Store or Google Play;
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, with a screenshot if possible.

Never send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details by email. We will never ask for them.

Common problems

The app does not work as expected

Update the app to the latest version, check your internet connection, and restart the app. If that does not help, restart your device. Some features need permissions such as location, camera or notifications; check them in your device settings under the app's name.

I cannot sign in

Make sure you use the same sign-in method as when you created the account, for example Sign in with Apple, Google or email. If the app has a "Forgot password" link, use it. Otherwise email us from the address linked to your account.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

Purchases in the App Store and Google Play are handled by Apple and Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Refunds for store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play under your order history. To restore a purchase on a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and use "Restore purchases" in the app, if it has one.

I want to delete my account

See delete your account. You can do it in the app or by email, without the app.

I found a security issue

Email lennart@sitepoint.dk with the subject "Security" and the details. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before making it public.
